LOCATION HISTORY:

This has been very unique type of investigation as well as place to investigate. Trying to investigate and get evidence on a state road is a very difficult task.

Usually we go late at night when the traffic is down to a minimum. There have been numerous fatalities with no logical explanation. There have been cars involved where the occupants commit suicide by driving head on into one particular tree. Teenagers being killed in car accidents for no apparent reason.

The only history we were able to obtain is many years ago there was a suicide where the person drove the car into a tree, most of the accidents involve this tree.

Trucks have lost control as if they had no choice. The road is a straight stretch of road and all the accidents involve the cars swerving as to avoid something / someone in the road.

Unfortunately, the occupants are dead on impact, so we cannot obtain any details. Our only details are from the police and eye witness accounts. We have had police assistance in this area.

PHENOMENON EXPERIENCED:

We have had police dogs that act very strange when taken to this area.One night the fire chief stated he saw a figure standing in the road. He too tried to avoid it..

Temperature fluctuations 63-79, 52-99, 60-89,50-90 ELF Meter on warning as temps rise and fall. Numerous photos with moving orbs, what looks like an evil face laughing above the truck. An ectoplasm / white mist can also bee seen over the truck.

*Note: At the time some photos were taken, the accident victim was still entrapped in the vehicle. We had access to the accident scene immediately, due to our Emergency Medical status.(Paramedic, Ambulance Captain, Fire Chief)

Police radios do not work in this area. Fire dept radios, all EMS communication stops or becomes so scratchy it is almost impossible to understand.Cell phones, cameras, EMF detectors, Geiger counters, all interrupted. The readings were off the charts, EMF needles pinned and sticking. Plow trucks have had their plows kick up in the area. Car radios turn off. Car lights flicker on and off. The site has make shift graves in numbers to mourn all the losses that occurred there.Some believe this keeps the energy / souls at this location. It's a theory...Psychics have also visited the site and proclaim there is an evil spirit lurking near the creek. One psyphic in particular, got very ill and had to leave the location. She told us not to stop there at all.

SUMMARY:

This has been an open, ongoing investigation for many years. . There is no pattern for the accidents and their dates, times, weather, months, or moon phases. They are random in nature and we never know when the next fatality will happen! The residents of this community as well as CHIPS, the police, and fire dept have nick-named this road "The Dead Mile". The name gives a very good indication of the events that have taken place in the past. It certainly has a mysterious and foreboding history.

The personal feelings most of us get at this location are not good. Something feels evil and it makes us very uncomfortable. Someone or something is not happy when we are there. One night one of the residents stopped there after bowling. He took a group of friends and they provoked the spirit. "Come out, where ever you are," "You have no nerve." One hour later there was another fatality! Was it paranormal or coincidence? Was this spirit annoyed,and trying to make a point? Anything is possible-- we will never know.

There are eyewitness accounts, photo evidence, EMF readings,, malfunctions of equipment, radio and cell phone failure, police dogs reacting, drastic temperature changes, personal feelings, and countless fatalities.

All evidence substantiates paranormal activity! I would definitely say "this road is haunted!"
